At Passress, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If your desired size or item is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive store credit.
Returns & Refunds
- Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
