Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece from Passress. If something isn't right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Exchanges

Exchanges are available depending on stock. We recommend contacting our Customer Care team as soon as possible to secure your preferred size or colour.

Refunds

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.
